1. The Mauritius Shipping Corporation Ltd is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius for the Procurement of Two (2) New Premium or Luxury Electric Sports Utility Vehicle as fully described in the bidding document.
2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the PPO website: publicprocurement.govmu.org and MSCL website: www.msclmu.com as from 18 of July 2026. Reference Number: OAB/MSCL/VEH/02/26.
3. Bids must be deposited in the tender box at latest by 3 rd of August 2026 up to 14 00 hrs (Local Time). Proposals received by mail will not be accepted.
4. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/ bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on 3rd of August 2026 as from 14 05 hrs (Local Time)

3.Proposals must be deposited in the tender box at latest by 28 July 2026 up to 14 00 hrs (Local Time).Proposals received by mail will not be accepted.

A. INTRODUCTION
The Mauritius Shipping Corporation Ltd (MSCL) is inviting proposals for an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Supply of Containers from Container Manufacturers and Suppliers.
B. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST DOCUMENTS
The scope of work and other related information can be downloaded from the PPO website: publicprocurement.govmu.org and MSCL website: www.msclmu.com as from 10th July 2026.
C. SUBMISSION OF EOI DOCUMENTS
Prospective Container Manufacturers and Suppliers are requested to submit their proposals in sealed envelopes clearly marked: either “EOI FOR SUPPLY OF CONTAINERS FROM CONTAINER MANUFACTURERS AND SUPPLIERS”. which should be addressed to The Managing Director, Mauritius Shipping Corporation Ltd (MSCL) and deposited in the Bid Box, 2nd Floor, Capitainerie Building, Quay D, Port Louis by 30th of July 2026 not later than 14 hours local time.. Proposals received electronically at the email address amprocurement@mscl.mu will be accepted.
D. Proposals received after the prescribed date and time will not be considered.
E. Prospective bidders are kindly requested to mention at the top left corner of the envelope the EOI for which they are interested.
F. MSCL reserves the right to: –
- (accept or reject any interest expressed;
- annul the EOI exercise without thereby incurring any liability whatsoever to any applicant.
